Tallest Man On Earth
I am sure I have mentioned this guy many times before and will probably continue to bring him up many more times. Point of fact this guy is nothing short of brilliant. Musically he writes timeless acoustic songs. The lazy comparison is Bob Dylan but this guy really channels old school dylan when he was at his finest without coming off as a blatant rip off. Live hes engaging and a downright force to be reckoned with.

Anyway hes got a new album coming out soon (april I think?) but he just signed with a label and they are giving away a free track from it called King Of Spain and its a fuckin belter of a song. Its so good I have to use swear words to describe how great it is.

go here http://www.deadoceans.com/home.php and scroll down page a bit for download.

I’d rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy.

RE: Tallest Man On Earth
Hey All.

Have been lurking about on here for some time now and thought it's finally about time I stuck my oar in what with the new album n all.

Glad someone else is on the case here and cheers for the heads up as I'd no idea he was releasing a follow up to Shallow Graves which is a tremendous album. I play a not-too-bad version of The Gardner from it (even if I do say so myself!) Apparently the guy plays in a band as well, have been meaning to check them out.

Cheers again.

RE: Tallest Man On Earth
yeah he has a band back in sweden called The Montezumas. He says it was more of a casual thing though you will be hard pressed to find anythign as he said they only ever really sold cd's out the boot of there van after shows around sweden. They have a myspace page though and some of the tunes are really good but not a patch on his solo offerings.

I’d rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy.
