Is anyone else having problems logging in to this site? Each time I enter the forum I'm not logged in, yet when I enter my username and password I tick the "remember me" box. Then, next time I try to use the forum I'm not logged in.
A petty point from someone who's pretty dense when it comes to this sort of this, but has anyone any idea why the site isn't remembering me? Facebook and other such sites are remembering me, but this one isn't.

Hey Gaz - are you always logging on from the same place? If you tick the 'remember me' box on one PC/Mac it overrides whatever you did on another.
I stay logged in at work and home... but then I use IE at work and Chrome/Firefox at home, suppose that makes a difference too?

Always from the same laptop, but I have to change the LAN settings so I'm on a proxy server at work and tick "automatically detect settings" at home. Could that make a difference?
If that's the problem then it's strange that it's only just started (or maybe I've only just started noticing it...).
I'm having the same problem on the PC downstairs... it was doing the same on this PC but it's keeping me logged now. Don't know why...
What sucks even more is that after logging in this morning, I wrote a long post and when I clicked "post" the forum said that I wasn't logged and ereased everything I had written...

Looks like the revamping of the forum solved my log in problem!

Previously I was suffering with the same problem log on problem.But later on I came to know that it was simple problem like I have entered the wrong user name or forget my password.So you can check before you log on.
